We're Expecting!

When we shared the news that we were expecting our fourth child, the news was received with mixed emotions. For some apparent reason and I have yet to figure it out, people seem to think that they have the right to tell you what's best for your life. Well you can imagine sharing the news of our fifth! A family of seven in today's world is almost unheard of, unless you're on a reality TV show or your Hubby's name is Bubba? (no offense intended to all of the Bubba's of the world!:)

Question #1) Was this planned?

Yes concerned citizen, predestined and planned by GOD before the beginning of time.

Question #2) Can you afford another child?

No you're totally right, we can't. We'll just have to sell one.

Question #3) How are you guys going to manage?

We never thought of that question Captain Helpful. I thought perhaps curling into a ball and crying would be helpful?

Question #4) Where are you going to put them all?

Wow this is a good one! I know in today's day and age sharing is unheard of, but we thought we'd give it a try!

Question #5) When is your Husband getting snipped?

Perhaps we're not finished? We thought we'd try for another straight away, just to shock the hell out of you:)

Some people make big plans for their lives and have it all slip through their fingers like grains of sand. Other's "plan" to have children and are barren. Some people have good paying jobs and some just don't. Some people are sadly addicted to crack and so are their babies. Some people have big hopes and dreams and plans for their future and their children's future and it's all crushed in an instant.

I don't plan. I know that sounds ludicrous, but it's true. I can't see tomorrow let alone 5 minutes from now. The day I gave my life to the Lord, is the day I stopped making "plans".

God has promised this to me;

If we really have concerns for another's well being, how about offering up our love and support? That's it. It's really very simple, put your own fears and concerns down and love and support the person you're worried for.

Today we are blessed to share the news with the world that we are expecting our FIFTH BABY!

Blessings & love!
